NBCUniversal Employee Perspectives

Here, senior leaders meet on a quarterly basis and are engaged, asking good questions and driving their teams to deliver on their goals — and that’s unique. I think that’s something that’s very special about what we have here.

NBCUniversal Employee Reviews

I started at NBCU as a QA Analyst, testing the NBC Sports App on multiple Platforms, and in 2019, I was promoted to Sr. QA. During my time on this team, I supported Monday Night Football, 2 Superbowls and 4 Olympic Games (and even won an Emmy for the Rio Olympics in 2016!) In Feb of 2022, I moved to Peacock OneApp and I was promoted to manager.

Our executive team set the precedent that visible hands-on leadership has a huge impact. Now, it’s our turn to carry that forward. We love the work, we love these teams, and we believe in being present because we experienced first-hand how meaningful that leadership was to us.

What People Are Saying About NBCUniversal

  • Strategic Vision & Planning: Leadership messaging consistently outlines a content-first, digital-first strategy centered on Peacock, live sports, intellectual property leverage, and cross-platform integration while preparing to operate as an independent media company.
  • Collaborative & Aligned Leadership: Roles and responsibilities are explicitly allocated across corporate strategy, media/Peacock, entertainment/content, and consumer experiences, with a unified content strategy spanning film, television, NBC/Bravo, and Peacock.
  • Adaptability & Agility: Organizational changes—such as unifying broadcast and streaming functions and appointing a CFO for the forthcoming standalone company—are framed as steps to improve speed and flexibility during the transition.
