As a MarTech Specialist at Leads.io, you will be part of a team responsible for managing and optimising our marketing technology stack. You will oversee the setup and maintenance of our web analytics tools, implement tracking mechanisms across various platforms, and ensure the accuracy and quality of our conversion tracking systems. Your expertise will translate business objectives into measurable KPIs, support our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) team, and empower colleagues through training on data analytics tools to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Web Analytics Management:

  • Own our web analytics tools' setup, maintenance, and user support.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient tracking across all web platforms.

Tracking Implementation:

  • Implement events and conversion tracking for web analytics, advertising platforms, and internal tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate tracking mechanisms seamlessly.

Quality Assurance:

  • Monitor the quality and integrity of tracking and reporting systems.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any data collection and reporting issues.

KPI Development:

  • Translate business requirements into measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Align analytics strategies with organisational goals to drive informed decision-making.

CRO Support:

  • Assist the CRO team in setting up experiments and analysing results.
  • Support report creation to inform optimisation strategies and enhance conversion rates.

Data Privacy & Compliance:

  • Ensure all analytics activities comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant data privacy regulations.
  • Manage first-party data strategies to enhance data collection while safeguarding customer privacy.
  • Collaborate with the legal and compliance teams to implement privacy best practices and maintain data protection standards.

Training & Education:

  • Educate colleagues on available data analytics tools and best practices.
  • Foster a data-driven culture by increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns through tool utilisation.

Requirements

Are we a perfect match?

    • Proven experience with web analytics tools.
    • Experience with tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager).
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and metrics.
    • Proficiency in implementing tracking codes and configuring analytics tools.
    • Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation platforms.
    • Ability to analyse complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
