The Marketing Systems Specialist (MSS) focuses on the technical aspects of marketing, ensuring systems, data and tools are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities- Maintain and optimize marketing technology platforms, including CRMs, marketing automation tools and analytics dashboards.
- Lead tool integrations to ensure data flow and functionality across systems.
- Stay current on industry trends and recommend new tools to enhance operations.
- Develop and implement best practices for using marketing technologies.
- Streamline marketing workflows and processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for marketing tools.
- Generate reports on the performance of marketing technologies and campaigns.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Communicate technical issues and solutions effectively.
- Other functions as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years related experience, required. Mortgage experience, preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Maintain a team-oriented environment.
- Adapt quickly to a rapidly changing environment.
- Exhibit excellent PC skills, including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation programs.
- Display excellent time management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to perform several complex tasks simultaneously and delegate effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with branch, regional and corporate personnel, as well as the community at large.
- Demonstrated judgment and decision-making ability.
- Must be available to work all regularly scheduled hours.
- Must be able to work overtime, as required.
- Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
