About the Department
Personal Financial Services: We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.
Job Responsibilities
The Marketing Support assists the marketing team in executing campaigns, managing content, coordinating activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day marketing operations. This role is key to maintaining brand consistency and supporting the successful delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Assist in executing, and optimizing integrated marketing activities across brand, digital, and customer engagement channels.
- Conduct market research and basic analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities, and contribute insights to marketing plans.
- Work closely with product, sales, and internal teams to ensure alignment of messaging and smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
- Provide operational and administrative support to the marketing team to ensure timely and effective delivery of projects.
- Support in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, preparing reports and recommendations to support ongoing improvements.
- Ensure all marketing materials and activities adhere to UOB brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
- 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in banking or financial services.
- Good communication and writing skills in English and Vietnamese
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email/SMS tools)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors is preferred
- Good project coordination and time management abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong execution skills
