1. Supervise and lead members of the marketing coordinator team. Delegate job responsibilities among team members and ensure that quality work is being completed by deadlines. Monitor activities of team members to ensure coordinators are delivering high-quality service and timely support to our clients. Make recommendations in policy, procedures, efficiencies and on employee performance matters. Perform insightful performance appraisals for marketing coordinators and provide ongoing coaching and development (30 - 35%)
2. Support assigned office(s) and agent accounts. Coordinate development of digital, web and print assets, advertisements, brochures, and other forms of visual communications. Maintain visibility and hands-on understanding of coordinator duties to lead by example and remain in tune with team challenges. (30-35%)
3. Ensure that current tools, new techniques, and processes are used to provide the best quality of marketing communications strategies and tactics. Be aware of the latest techniques and procedures used in marketing. Suggest and implement new ways of improving the quality of marketing and troubleshoot other issues related to specific projects. (10 - 15%)
4. Coordinate training of sales associates relating to current marketing programs, issues and events. (10-15%)
5. Train and mentor team members. Assist the team in choosing the right strategies, tactics, style, graphics, images, and other visual elements in accordance with the objectives of the project. (10 - 15%)
6. Confer with clients, agents, marketing staff, and others regarding project specifications such as graphic content and objectives. May develop concepts depending on needs and budgetary considerations. (5 - 10%)
7. Assist in overseeing and improving consistency of the company’s brand across all agent and client touchpoints; including listing presentations, social graphics, print collateral, and digital campaigns. Collaborate with team on continued brand improvements and introduce new templated resources for agents. (5 - 10%)
8. Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned. (5 - 10%)

Qualifications
Education:
- 4-year degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field; or equivalent work experience and knowledge.
Experience:
- 3 years of experience in marketing.
- 2 years of leadership experience.
- Real estate experience preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Project management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple issues and projects concurrently.
- Effective interpersonal skills and leadership abilities.
- Effective analytical, problem-solving, decision-making and organizational skills.
Other (licenses, certifications, schedule flexibility/OT, travel, etc.):
- Reliable transportation needed to travel to sales office meetings and company events.
Wage: $58,000 - $69,000 annually; actual wage is based upon education and experience.
