At BAYMAK, we are looking for a dynamic Marketing Senior Specialist to strengthen our local commercial channel marketing activities. In this role, you will actively contribute to increasing brand awareness, enhancing customer experience, and supporting our sales teams with impactful campaigns and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing marketing plans aligned with global strategies and tailored to local market needs.

  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across the full marketing mix (social media, email, content, and traditional channels), ensuring compliance

  • Localize and implement global marketing materials and initiatives.

  • Develop and execute marketing activities that drive demand, support sales, and increase customer loyalty.

  • Measure, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing activities (e.g., events, advertising, digital campaigns) and provide actionable insights.

  • Monitor and evaluate local market trends, customer/influencer behaviours, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adapt marketing strategies.

  • Collaborate and share best practices with global marketing and communications teams, particularly at Headquarters in the Netherlands.

  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies (e.g., printers, event agencies, creative partners).

  • Build strong connections with industry associations, stay updated on market developments, and represent BAYMAK where necessary.

  • To plan, design, and oversee all events and organizations for the relevant channel from start to finish.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Average 6-8 years of experience in marketing (B2B experience is a plus).

  • Fluency in English is a must.

  • Experience working with an international brand or company is highly desirable.

  • Solid understanding of brand and reputation management.

  • Market and customer segmentation knowledge.

  • Interest in the HVAC industry and/or industrial technology.

  • Proven track record in executing successful marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, CRM, email marketing, etc.).

  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder, and project management skills.

  • Adaptability to dynamic, fast-paced work environments.

  • Proactive, creative, and eager to develop and implement new projects.

  • A strong team player with outstanding collaboration skills.
