Job Responsibilities
- Act as the dedicated point of contact for your portfolio, building long-term, trusted relationships.
- Lead review and strategy meetings; drive retention, renewals, and satisfaction, and spot churn risk early.
- Track campaign performance across SEO, website, social, reputation, and paid ads, and push for better ROI.
- Turn marketing data into clear business value — more leads, more new patients, more revenue.
- Present results in plain language and manage expectations with professionalism and empathy.
- Bridge clients and Ekwa's specialist teams so deliverables stay aligned to client goals.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts through services that genuinely benefit the client.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years in client success, account management, or digital marketing — agency experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of SEO, websites, social media, online reputation, and paid advertising.
- Confidence with performance data and marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent spoken and written English and a strong presence on calls with North American clients.
- Organised, proactive, and able to run multiple accounts at once.
- Healthcare, dental, or professional-services client experience is an advantage.
Work Hours & Expectations
- Since we deal with US clients, you are expected to work 8 hours a day, between 6.30 PM and 5.30 AM (this is non-negotiable).
- *Note: Working 8 hours a day is a must.
- You must work additional hours based on requirements (if needed only)
- You must be 100% committed to completing your work according to the given deadlines.

Skills Required
