We are looking to hire a Senior Consultant to join the Communications, Marketing & Innovation team within Asset Services, with the aim of driving strategic and transformation projects across a portfolio of approximately 35 shopping centres.
The role will have a cross-functional focus, identifying opportunities, improving processes, coordinating portfolio-wide initiatives, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects that deliver value across the entire portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional strategic projects in areas such as Customer Experience, marketing, communications, innovation, digitalisation, and sustainability.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and innovation, and translate them into concrete and actionable initiatives.
- Structure projects by defining objectives, scope, workplans, stakeholders, resources, and KPIs.
- Coordinate internal teams, shopping centres, suppliers, and specialised partners, ensuring projects progress according to plan and agreed objectives are met.
- Drive pilot projects, analyse results, and define implementation and rollout models across the portfolio.
- Review and enhance processes, working tools, reporting frameworks, and governance models within the department.
- Analyse data and KPIs to generate insights and recommendations that support decision-making.
- Identify relevant trends, solutions, suppliers, and best practices, facilitating their transfer and implementation across the portfolio.
- Professional with at least 5 years of experience in consulting, transformation, strategy, Customer Experience, innovation, marketing, or project management.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and working with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong structuring, analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills.
- Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented profile, with the ability to turn loosely defined objectives into clear action plans.
- Strong influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong interest in continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-focused digital solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent spoken and written English, minimum C1 level.
Previous experience in consulting, multinational companies, digital transformation, Customer Experience, Retail, Real Estate, or other customer experience-intensive industries will be highly valued.
