All duties and responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with VITAS Healthcare Corporation’s policies, procedures, guidelines, contractual commitments, and governmental regulations.

 
• Supports their assigned business vertical.
• Leads the charge in campaign management, from conceptualization and execution to continuous monitoring and optimization, aiming for superior performance and ROI.
• Hands on project lead that makes data driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
• Uses data and creativity to produce exceptional marketing strategies that drive growth and brand consistency.
• Generate innovative tactics to promote business vertical services.
• Establish marketing KPIs; track, analyze and report results.
• Ensures marketing campaigns align with the VITAS brand.
• Strong understanding of the customer’s journey.
• Develops marketing strategies partnering with cross business units.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns aligned with VITAS brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Overseen campaign execution, monitoring performance metrics, and making data-driven adjustments to optimize ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
• Develops and manages all campaign efforts and budgets for audiences.
• Provides reporting on team's strategies and their performance while constantly looking for new approaches and innovation.

 
QUALIFICATIONS

 
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

 
Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in a related marketing role.
• Excellent collaborator with external team, excelling at problem solving to grow audiences, as well as a strong drive for results.
• Strategic thinker with strong project management skills. 
• Proven track record of successful campaign management, employee experience, change management, and the ability to formulate new programs.
• A deep understanding of marketing best practices and ability to craft impactful, multi-tiered marketing strategies.
• Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short term needs with long term strategic initiatives.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; experience interacting with senior leadership.
• Strong collaborator and project manager.
• Adept at working in a cross-functional organization with demonstrated ability to collaborate with teams across the organization
• Exhibit a strong sense of ownership, ability to work independently, be attentive to detail and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills: ability to gather, analyze, summarize, and present data.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Strong executive communications experience supporting corporate functions within a healthcare organization.

 
Education: 
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism 
or related field from an accredited college or university.
