JOB SUMMARY: Your Flight Plan!

The Marketing Staff member will provide support to Vesta’s Sales and Marketing departments. They will provide support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing the departments’ general administrative activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Ready to Fly!

• Provides full and front-line administrative support for Vesta’s Sales and Marketing departments.
• Maintains enthusiastic, polite, and professional communication when fielding incoming/outgoing phone calls/emails, scheduling meetings and in routine correspondence. (Great interpersonal skills are essential).
• Compiles data for various sales and marketing initiatives (data mining).
• Assists with the creation and editing of sales proposals.
• Organizes and prioritizes large volumes of information as needed, within the CRM sales management software (Pipedrive and/or Salesforce) and other platforms.
• Assist Sales leadership in monthly tracking and reporting of prospect accounts and contract wins/losses.
• Helps organize and coordinate industry memberships and events, such as webinars and trade shows.
• Works independently and within a team on day to day – ongoing projects, as well as special nonrecurring projects.
• This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: The Wingspan Needed!

• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
• Prior administrative experience.
• Occasional travel may be required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Our Nest is your Nest!

• This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required, which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
• This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
• Ability to lift up to 15lbs
