The Role

What will you do

Join our team as a Marketing Squad Leader and take charge of a dynamic group of marketing professionals dedicated to driving impactful campaigns aligned with our business objectives. In this leadership role, you will create and manage budgets, foster a culture of creativity and innovation, and set clear performance metrics to ensure your squad's success. How will you do it

  • Lead and manage a squad of marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy and business objectives. 

  • Create and manage campaign budgets, ensuring costeffective strategies and maximizing ROI. 

  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation among team members. 

  • Set clear goals and performance metrics for the squad, monitor progress and provide feedback. 

  • Facilitate regular squad meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. 

  • Drive strong marketing campaign performance reporting and visibility

  • Act as a liaison between the squad and senior management, communicating updates and insights. 

  • Resolve competing priorities and drive clarity on path forward

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the squad to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 

What we look for

Required

  • Previous experience specializing in Service and Solution-focused marketing strategies.

  • Background in marketing digital technologies with breakthrough track record

  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and squad-based structures. 

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, previous experience with leading a team

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. 

  • Excellent English language, both written and spoken

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA
