Job Description Summary

Position Responsibilities:

Marketing Execution & Program Support

· Execute marketing programs aligned to GTM strategies for enterprise initiatives, customer segments, end markets, and account-based programs.

· Support the development and launch of programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.

· Liaise with marketing department stakeholders to identify and implement the most appropriate content strategy and channel mix.

· Coordinate the creation, production, and distribution of marketing assets, sales enablement collateral, and operational materials — including flyers, direct mailers, banners, media ads, and social content.

· Maintain project plans and coordinate cross-functional inputs to drive on-time, on-brand initiative launches.

· Support intake, documentation, and workflow processes to ensure consistency and scalability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Enablement

· Coordinate initiative briefings across marketing teams (market intelligence, search & performance, content & lifecycle) to ensure alignment with GTM strategy.

· Partner with Sales, Digital, Operations, and Product teams to support coordinated go-to-market execution.

· Support sales enablement by coordinating marketing materials, tools, and field communications — ensuring teams are equipped to activate GTM programs effectively.

· Contribute to the development and maintenance of marketing playbooks, templates, workflows and best practices.

· Proactively engage with sales and operations teams to understand the rental business, market trends, and customer needs.

Performance Tracking & Insights

· Stay current on marketing performance metrics, campaign results, and key indicators to support data-driven decision-making.

· Identify executional improvements to increase efficiency, speed-to-market, and program effectiveness.

· Pull dashboard updates and draft recaps of initiative performance to share with stakeholders.

Areas of Focus (may include, but are not limited to)

· Digital marketing & customer experience support

· Account-based programs for priority customers

· Sales enablement materials & go-to-market support

· Performance tracking, reporting, and optimization

· Cross-functional coordination & stakeholder alignment

· Some travel is required

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or equivalent work experience

· 2 - 4 years of experience in marketing, campaign execution, or field marketing

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

· Track record of collaborating across Sales, Branch Operations, Digital, and Product Development

· Experience in B2B marketing environments preferred; Vertical or industry-focused marketing familiarity

· Understanding of rental, logistics, or supply chain industry trends and market dynamics

· Solid organizational, communication, time management and proofing skills

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills

· Comfortable shifting between strategy and execution

· Strong bias for action with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities

· Self‑starter who takes ownership and brings energy and positivity to the team

Physical Demands:

Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job. Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading, and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind, or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work. All duties must be performed according to Sunbelt’s safety policies and guidelines. Reasonable accommodation may be made to comply with ADA/ADAAA.

Base Pay Range: $64,790.00 - 89,086.80
