The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with various departments to support strategic company goals.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
- Work in conjunction with the Marketing Manager to coordinate and prepare proposals and qualification packages for project opportunities
- Assist in the conceptualization and development of brochures, client presentations, proposals and marketing campaigns
- Responsible for gathering the information, writing content, final production, printing and collating.
- Work closely with Estimating, Operations, or Human Resources to develop deadline-sensitive deliverables such as brochures, qualifications, packages, proposals, presentations and award submissions
- Compiles client requested proposal material which includes some writing and editing of narrative and content such as project descriptions, fact sheets, and project staff resumes.
- Assist with the development of a project information database
- Maintains proposal and project detail files
- Monitors corporate marketing budgets
- Assists with the branding of company mission and values
- May assist with community outreach and/or event planning
- Assists with social media and/or digital marketing communication
- Maintains and updates company website and company Intranet updates
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA/BS in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, English, Business or related field
- 3+ years’ related industry experience
- Excellent writing, analytical skills, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills; technical writing skills preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines on simultaneous projects
- Positive, energetic and outgoing personality with the ability to be self-management, working independently or collaboratively
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Commitment to quality work product
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office as well as Adobe Creative Suite and/or InDesign
