The role identifies contractual changes and risks, resolves billing discrepancies, tracks credits and returns, and supports project managers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Supports electrical design-build projects from concept and budgeting through permitting, construction, and closeout. Develops electrical design packages, performs calculations, coordinates with project stakeholders and utilities, supports estimating and preconstruction, reviews vendor and subcontractor information, and assists with construction administration, permitting, inspections, commissioning, as-builts, and closeout documentation. Uses AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and related tools while identifying design risks, scope gaps, schedule concerns, and cost impacts.

Manages subcontractor billing audits, payment processing, insurance and compliance documentation, payment releases, preliminary notices, sub-tier lists, bonds, and contract requirements across multiple construction projects. Resolves billing discrepancies, maintains records, analyzes subcontract terms, and collaborates with project teams, vendors, subcontractors, and finance teams using Textura and GC Pay.

Leads enterprise-wide learning and leadership development strategy, designing and delivering scalable training programs aligned with business objectives. Partners with executives, business leaders, subject matter experts, and vendors to assess needs, develop curricula, manage learning technology, and evaluate program effectiveness. Oversees learning initiatives, budgets, resources, scheduling, and continuous improvement while coaching facilitators and supporting talent planning, succession, and career development. Requires approximately 30% travel to offices, jobsites, meetings, and training events.
