Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Production Specialist to support the delivery of marketing materials across the EMEA region. This role is responsible for the production, formatting, updating, and coordination of a wide range of marketing collateral, presentations, reports, and client-facing documents. The ideal candidate will have advanced Microsoft Office skills, strong project management capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Production & Document Management
Produce, update, and maintain a variety of marketing materials, including presentations, factsheets, brochures, reports, thought leadership content, and client communications.
Format and manage documents using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and PDF editing tools, ensuring consistency with brand and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate updates to marketing collateral, ensuring content accuracy and version control.
Create and maintain document templates that improve efficiency and support brand consistency across the region.
Support the preparation of materials for client meetings, events, campaigns, and sales initiatives.
Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management
Manage multiple production requests simultaneously, prioritizing workloads and ensuring timely delivery against agreed deadlines.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, investment, compliance, and legal teams, to facilitate the review and approval process.
Track project status, manage timelines, and proactively communicate progress, risks, and dependencies.
Ensure marketing materials meet established quality, compliance, and brand standards before publication or distribution.
Content & Visual Production
Produce charts, tables, and data visualizations using Microsoft Office applications and approved templates.
Edit and assemble PDF documents for external and internal distribution.
Support the creation of marketing assets across digital and print channels.
Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly InDesign, where required, to update or enhance marketing materials (preferred but not essential).
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve production workflows, templates, and project management processes.
Contribute to the development of best practices and operational efficiencies within the marketing team.

Qualifications & Experience
Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a marketing production, collateral design, document production, or project coordination role.
