Are you a creative and strategic marketing professional with expertise in branding, market penetration, and strategy? A leading provider of premium interior solutions is looking for a bilingual Arabic-English speaking Marketing Specialist to drive brand growth and execute high-impact marketing campaigns in Dubai.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that enhance brand positioning and market reach.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.

  • Drive brand consistency across all channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Digital & Traditional Marketing

  • Manage social media, digital marketing, and advertising campaigns to increase engagement and sales.

  • Work on SEO, content marketing, and email marketing to strengthen the brand’s online presence.

  • Develop and oversee marketing collateral, brochures, and promotional materials.

Market Penetration & Expansion

  • Execute targeted campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition in key markets.

  • Identify and implement partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations to expand reach.

  • Support the sales team with marketing initiatives, product promotions, and customer engagement strategies.

Events & Brand Activation

  • Plan and manage industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to showcase products and solutions.

  • Develop marketing strategies that enhance B2B and B2C engagement.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Track and analyse marketing campaign performance, optimising strategies based on data insights.

  • Monitor customer trends, feedback, and buying behaviour to refine marketing efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3–5 years in core marketing, branding, and market strategy, ideally in interior solutions, building materials, or retail industries.

  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of market penetration strategies and branding techniques.

Skills & Attributes

  • Bilingual – Fluency in Arabic & English is a must.

  • Proven experience in brand positioning, campaign execution, and marketing analytics.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.

  • Ability to develop creative marketing strategies that drive business growth.

  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years' experience in core marketing, branding, and market strategy
  • Experience in interior solutions, building materials, or retail industries (preferred industry fit mentioned)
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (bilingual required)
