About the Role

As a Marketing Specialist, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and executing Firefly's marketing initiatives across sales enablement, content, events, digital marketing, public relations, and brand development. Working closely with cross-functional teams across Sales, Operations,Business Operations, and Creative, you will help bring campaigns to life, create compelling marketing materials, coordinate marketing projects, and contribute to initiatives that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth.

This role is ideal for a proactive marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys balancing creativity with execution, and is excited to take ownership of projects while contributing to the growth of a rapidly expanding media company.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, PR, and sales enablement initiatives.

  • Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and creative teams to develop, maintain, and update a wide range of marketing materials, including sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, newsletters, blog posts, presentations, media kits, educational content, campaign messaging, and other sales enablement resources that align with business objectives and market opportunities.

  • Assist with content creation and distribution across PR, email marketing, website, and other digital channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

  • Coordinate cross-functional marketing projects, managing timelines, stakeholders, approvals, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.

  • Support the management of Firefly's digital presence through website updates, SEO initiatives, email marketing, and other digital marketing efforts.

  • Coordinate the execution of trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, internal events, and other brand activations, managing timelines, deliverables, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution.

  • Maintain and organize marketing resources, content libraries, templates, campaign assets, and internal documentation to improve efficiency and consistency across the organization.

  • Monitor campaign performance of marketing initiatives, preparing reports and insights on key metrics, audience engagement, and opportunities for optimization.

  • Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to identify emerging trends, industry developments, customer insights, and growth opportunities.

  • Help ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications, creative assets, presentations, and customer-facing materials.

Preferred Qualifications & Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.

  • 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably within media, advertising, technology, SaaS, or B2B environments.

  • Experience creating marketing materials such as presentations, social media content, email campaigns, case studies, and sales collateral.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, website management, and SEO.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation software such as PowerPoint or Google Slides.

  • Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms is a plus.

  • Creative thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

  • Self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Passion for marketing, advertising, technology, and continuous learning.

  • Willingness to work U.S. business hours in a flexible, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.
