Support planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, PR, and sales enablement. Create and update marketing materials, coordinate projects and events, manage website/SEO and email efforts, monitor campaign performance, conduct market research, and ensure brand consistency while collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Creative teams.

The Customer Success Specialist supports campaign lifecycle, collaborates with teams for execution, and enhances client relationships while contributing insights for strategy and growth.

Manage end-to-end advertising campaign lifecycle including planning, proposals, delivery, and analysis. Lead RFP strategy, collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams, cultivate client relationships for retention and growth, identify revenue opportunities, and deliver actionable mid/post-campaign insights to optimize performance.

Drive revenue growth and develop strategic partnerships with major entertainment studios and agencies. Lead executive-level discussions and leverage established relationships to close enterprise-level deals in the West region.
