The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in supporting the marketing initiatives of the client. This individual will work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to execute marketing campaigns, create engaging content, and analyze marketing data to improve campaign performance.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Create and curate engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and website
  • Monitor and analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure consistent messaging and branding
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to optimize marketing strategies
  • Support the execution of SEO and SEM strategies

Requirements
  • Previous experience in marketing or a related role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software
  • Proficient with LinkedIn outreach
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing
  • Experience with content creation and editing
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

  • Internet Connection:
    • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
    • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
    • Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
  • Primary Device:
    • Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
      • Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
      • A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup Device:
    • Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
    • Must be functional during power interruptions.
  • Peripherals and Workspace:
    • A functioning webcam.
    • A noise-canceling USB headset.
    • A quiet, dedicated home office space.
    • A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
