This position is requested from the Operations Support Secretary headcount to strengthen analytical, planning, andexecution capacity within the Retail Strategy & Planning function These roles are strategic and mission-critical in driving the next era of AIS Retail as we transform to strengthen our competitive position in the Thai digital connectivity market.
Job Description
1) Set the long-term strategic direction for AIS Retail: Ensure clarity of vision, priorities, and strategic focus across all retail channels.
2) Translate aspiration into executable plans, especially the Retail Transformation program: Convert high-level goals into integrated initiatives, timelines, KPIs, and clear delivery roadmaps.
3) Drive retail performance: Support delivery of revenue, contribution margin, and EBIT targets through data-driven planning and performance reviews.
4) Identify and incubate new growth engines: Look beyond day-to-day operations to unlock new categories, new revenue pools, and new strategic opportunities.
5) Provide C-level decision support: Enable confident and timely decision-making with market insights, scenario analyses, and financial impact assessment.
