This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing Trade Promotion activities for OPPO and XIAOMI devices. The position works closely with brand partners, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to develop marketing campaigns, manage premium and voucher promotions, monitor performance, and support overall device sales growth across all retail channels.Job Description
1. Coordinate with brands and vendors to:
1.1) Request support for marketing campaigns
1.2) Deliver brand marketing campaigns in a manner that aligns with sales channel requirements and maximizes efficiency and effectiveness
2. Plan, co-design, and manage the procurement of premium items to be used in marketing campaigns aimed at driving device sales
3. Collaborate on planning and designing voucher rates to be used in marketing campaigns for driving handset sales. Additionally, collaborate on planning and designing handset financing campaigns to accelerate handset sales [BNPL/FINANCE+].
4. Process the approval requests for marketing campaigns and trade promotions in accordance with the authorized approval hierarchy (via e‑memo), and communicate / coordinating with the sales team and the Trade Promotion Setup team
5. Monitor and summarize the results of marketing campaigns to evaluate whether the outcomes align with the initial projections.
Adjust campaign conditions or details as needed during implementation to ensure that the set objectives can be fully achieved
6. Run data and calculate results according to the conditions of each marketing campaign, and prepare the reports (e‑memo) to ensure that incentive to dealers are accurate, timely, and fully auditable
7. Coordinate with the Rebate and Commission team to recheck data, ensuring accuracy by verifying all payments on a per‑IMEI basis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business or related fields
- Experienced in the mobile business for more than a year
- Strong coordination & communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and attentive to detail
- Understanding of handset financing and accounting principles.
- Experience in trade promotion or working with mobile brands is a plus
