About the role:

The Marketing Specialist supports the execution of integrated marketing initiatives across campaigns, events, and partner programs. This role plays a key part in bringing Babel Street’s story to life for national security and government audiences—working cross-functionally to ensure marketing activities drive visibility, engagement, and measurable impact on capture and pipeline goals.

You’ll collaborate closely with Strategic Marketing, Product Marketing, and Content & Comms teams to coordinate programs from concept through execution, keeping everything running on time and on message.

What you will do:

  • Execute marketing campaigns that support Babel Street priorities
  • Coordinate event logistics, partner activations, and follow-up communications.
  • Manage timelines, creative deliverables, and content requests with internal teams and vendors.
  • Coordinate social media activity to support campaigns & events - scheduling posts, engaging with partners and influences, and amplifying thought leadership in alignment with brand voice
  • Support campaign tracking and reporting in collaboration with Marketing Operations.
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials for events, partnerships, and solution areas.
  • Assist with copywriting and editing for social, email, and collateral as needed.
  • Ensure brand consistency and message alignment across all external activities.
  • Contribute to post-campaign performance reviews and recommendations for improvement.

What you will bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B or government/technology marketing.
  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, or event management tools.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Creative problem-solver who enjoys collaborative, fast-paced work.
  • Familiarity with government, defense, or compliance-driven sectors is a plus.
  • Exposure to tech like Saleforce, Qualified, Salesloft, LinkedIn Business Modules an added plus.
