Support Product & Engineering Operations by maintaining Jira data quality, producing reports and dashboards, facilitating planning and governance meetings, tracking dependencies and action items, and enabling process improvements and automation to improve predictability and cross-functional alignment.

Execute end-to-end payroll for US and international employees, prepare semi-monthly and special payrolls, coordinate with third-party providers, prepare payroll journal entries and reconciliations, support payroll tax compliance and reporting, partner with HR, and assist with AP/AR, billing, collections, cash management, and process improvements.

The Senior Software Engineer will enhance the analytics platform, focusing on record matching through API design, architecture creation, and collaborating with product management while mentoring junior engineers.
