Field-based direct sales leader responsible for retaining and expanding Intelligence Community customers, acquiring new accounts, and selling SaaS solutions to U.S. government organizations. Advises C-level executives, manages complex sales cycles, presents solutions and ROI, develops account strategies, researches industry trends, and collaborates with internal teams to achieve quota.

Supports customers throughout onboarding and the customer lifecycle, providing L1 technical support, configuration, training, issue resolution, and success measurement. Builds relationships with key customers, advocates for customer needs in product planning, collaborates with Sales on expansion opportunities, and improves customer success processes. Works cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Development, and Customer Success teams while providing global coverage.

Execute end-to-end payroll for US and international employees, prepare semi-monthly and special payrolls, coordinate with third-party providers, prepare payroll journal entries and reconciliations, support payroll tax compliance and reporting, partner with HR, and assist with AP/AR, billing, collections, cash management, and process improvements.

Lead end-to-end UX for complex enterprise/OSINT products: translate user needs into scalable designs, run research and workshops, create flows/wireframes/prototypes, champion accessibility and design-system governance, and partner with PM and Engineering to deliver usable, mission-critical experiences.

Lead Salesforce and GTM systems strategy, architecture, and administration. Own roadmap, integrations (MuleSoft), CPQ/Revenue Cloud, Ironclad, Spiff, data quality, reporting, and change management to scale revenue operations.

Implement and maintain record-matching and text-analytics components, translate linguistic theory into production features, optimize search internals (Elasticsearch), collaborate in agile sprints, and help design scalable APIs and architectures to improve record-matching quality and reliability.
