We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team in Portugal! We're seeking a versatile, proactive professional with a genuine interest in the different areas of marketing.

What you will do : 

• Support the coordination of TheFork Awards, a recurring event throughout the year involving international collaboration, campaign planning, and online/offline promotions for restaurants.
  
• Liaise with our external creative agency to ensure timely delivery of assets and adherence to guidelines.
  
• Schedule and publish social media content across our Portuguese platforms.
  
• Translate and adapt global content and messaging from English to Portuguese.
  
• Assist in the execution of local marketing activations and communications.
  
• Collaborate with the sales and performance marketing teams on initiatives that boost visibility and engagement.
  
• Help monitor and report on campaign performance and team KPIs.

Who you are: 

• You bring 2+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role.
  
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  
• Prior experience coordinating with external agencies.
  
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  
• Knowledge of tools like Figma, Salesforce, and Notion is a plus.
  
• You feel confident using Excel and Sheet for reporting (e.g. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
  
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
  
• Based in Lisbon or available to work on-site.
