Marketing Specialist

As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll be an active member of the Iberian marketing team and work closely with colleagues across different countries.

Your role
• Focusing on the development of the forestry and garden care segment
• Designing and executing email campaigns
• Translating the local marketing plan into specific content and actions
• Supporting website usability and SEO projects, as well as Google Ads campaigns
• Supporting Meta Ads campaign creation and optimization
• Translating and adapting (transcreation) global campaigns for the Spanish and Portuguese markets
• Creating local content and writing articles for our online Knowledge Center
• Managing and coordinating the delivery of promotional materials (goodies) to our sales team and customers
• Collaborating in the organization of events.

You will join the local Marketing team in Spain (3 people in total) and report directly to the Marketing Manager (located in Spain).

Who are you?
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related business field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Native Spanish speaker and C1 level of English (spoken and written).Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience with email marketing tools
• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads, including campaign creation, targeting, and optimization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
• Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to bring new ideas.
• Self-driven, problem-solver, and eager to learn.

You have a driving license and own vehicle – our office is located on the outskirts of Madrid with limited access to public transport.
