Marketing Specialist – Asia

Reporting to the Regional Director of Marketing for Asia, you will serve as the key representative of Genesys marketing across our partner, customer, and prospect communities. In this Marketing Specialist role, you'll blend a solid foundation in general marketing with advanced marketing operations expertise, using data analysis to craft actionable insights, optimize targeting that will further drive sales as we build the Genesys brand across enterprises, channel partners and ecosystems partners.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving and implementing marketing campaigns across Asia.
- Analyse marketing and sales data to develop insights and recommendations that enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Lead-generation campaigns, run local webinars, Genesys events, trade shows, industry conferences and seminars.
- Development of long-term campaign plans and quarterly marketing plans with key channel partners.
- Work closely with the local Genesys Sales teams to drive joint success.
- Work with cross functional groups in PR, Customer Advocacy and digital marketing on a project basis.
- Regular contact with regional marketing managers and APAC marketing teams, regional sales teams, enterprise and channel sales management, strategic channel partners and Sis, global marketing programs managers and regional customer success managers.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- At least 5 years’ experience in an IT industry
- Experience working in CCAS or SaaS market would be desirable but not essential
- Experience in the full spectrum of the marketing mix
- Good personal communication and presentation skill are essential
- A strong understanding of the channels in B2B environment
- Project and event management experience would be a definite advantage
- Experience from working with campaign management tools like Salesforce CRM and WordPress would be desirable
