What You'll Do

  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing a paid social marketing strategy that sustainably accelerates Emma’s growth in the APAC region. You will leverage a data-first approach to conduct the following:
  • o Campaign Management: Manage the end-to-end execution of paid search campaigns across platforms such as Meta and YouTube, including keyword research, ad copy development, account structures, etc. You will define actions and implement them based on your findings.

    o Budget Steering: Control and optimize paid social bidding strategies, ensuring effective allocation and maximizing return on investment across all markets.

    o Testing and Optimization: Implement A/B testing for ad creative, landing pages, and bidding strategies to identify and scale best practices across markets. You will identify and lead integration of new functionalities, technologies, and platforms to improve efficiency, harness automation, and identify new sources of growth. 

    o Performance Analysis: Track key performance metrics and utilize advanced analytics tools to generate insights that drive optimization and improve results across diverse markets. You will develop data-driven analyses, models, and reports to effectively measure efficacy and predict trends.

    o Reporting and Insights: Regularly communicate campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

    o Market Research: Stay abreast of global e-commerce trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.

    o Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with regional marketing teams to ensure strategies and messaging are consistent and tailored to local market dynamics.

Who We're Looking For

  • You know the paid social landscape (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) by heart and you can use this knowledge to scale these platforms and also explore innovative marketing approaches.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Business Development, or E-commerce (startup exposure is a plus).
  • You have a degree in Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or have an equivalent form of education.
  • You have an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. You have ideally already gained first-hand experience working with Google, Meta Ads Manager, and/or Data Analytics. Experience with digital advertising tools like Smartly is a plus.
  • You have strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with both internal stakeholders (commercial teams) and external partners.
