What We Do

Provider-centric staffing for purpose-driven healthcare.

Caliber Healthcare Solutions empowers high-quality physicians and advanced practice providers with greater career flexibility, autonomy, and mobility. As the leading provider-centric staffing firm, we serve as a trusted advisor both to providers and organizations competing for scarce clinical talent. Built on a foundation of specialization and exceptional support, Caliber’s workforce solutions ensure the quality and continuity of patient care in communities across the U.S. We deliver exceptional outcomes by putting the provider at the center of our purpose.

Since launching in 2004, Caliber has grown rapidly through the integration of six powerful brands: NEXTLocums, Onyx MD, Vitruvian Medical, Medpath Partners, Randstad Locum Tenens, and Lucidity. Previously, these legacy brands went to market collectively as Health Carousel Locum Tenens.

Today, we are Caliber, working with all the precision, speed, and quality that the name implies. We are unified by one shared mission: To empower physicians and advanced practice providers with professionally satisfying and financially rewarding practice opportunities, flexible schedules that fit their lifestyle goals, and the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care
