Job Summary

As a Marketing Specialist, you'll assist with creating and implementing marketing strategies aligned with company goals. You'll help develop marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads and engage customers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support digital marketing efforts by working with outside agencies to manage multi-platform campaigns

• Own the social media calendar, develop ads and post regularly

• Support lead gen activities by analyzing data in Salesforce.com and creating reports

• Manage marketing automation platform and create drip campaigns

• Perform regular updates to the JADAK website including blog development

• Plan and execute industry trade shows

• Work cross-functionally to support product launches including competitive research and developing customer facing and sales materials

• Conducting market research to stay informed of industry trends and the current market environment.

Requirements

• Possess a background in marketing, communications or a related field.

• Be able to write clearly, concise, and compelling copy, and communicate effectively

• Be experienced in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and generating and nurturing leads.

• Be proficient in digital marketing channels such as email, social media, and search engine optimization.

• Be able to analyse marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and optimise future campaigns.

• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Be detail-oriented with good organizational skills, helping you adapt to changing priorities while managing multiple projects.

Compensation and Benefits

• The base pay for this position ranges from $72,176 to $99,242 per year depending on the geographic region.

• Dependent on the position offered, annual bonuses and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package.
