The Marketing team at Safeware is looking for a dynamic individual to join them in a part-time capacity. As a vital member of the team, you'll be instrumental in coordinating a range of essential functions including marketing, sales, training, communication, research, and fulfillment support. Collaborating closely with team members, you'll play a pivotal role in diverse projects and contribute to driving positive transformation within the department. We're seeking a goal-oriented associate who thrives on challenges and is eager to make a significant impact.
Your Impact:
- Develop impactful materials including case studies, flyers, blog posts, and email campaigns to engage and inform our audience
- Utilize B2B lead intelligence platforms to curate prospect lists, ensuring a steady stream of qualified leads for our sales team.
- Craft compelling copy and content across digital and print platforms to effectively communicate Safeware's message and offerings
- Maintain and enhance PowerPoint content to support sales pitches, client meetings, and internal presentations
- Assist with the growth and maintenance of Safeware’s HubSpot implementation which acts as our primary sales and marketing engine and contact database
Successful Candidate Will Have:
- Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be working towards a degree in an applicable field of study
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Basic familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Acrobat, and Photoshop preferred but not required
