The Marketing Manager, Events at Lumin Digital is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events that drive brand visibility, lead generation, and client engagement. This role focuses on managing large-scale conferences, webinars, and exclusive experiences tailored to C-level executives within the finance, banking, and credit union sectors. The Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure event success and support strategic marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
Essential Functions, Responsibilities, Experience:
Plan, coordinate, and execute company-hosted and third-party events, including trade shows, webinars, conferences, and executive experiences.
Manage end-to-end logistics for large customer conferences, including venue selection, agenda creation, speaker coordination, and vendor management.
Curate exclusive, tailored experiences for C-Suite executives, ensuring high-touch engagement and brand alignment.
Organize and execute executive roundtables, private dinners, and VIP networking events for prospects, clients, and consultants.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop event content, presentations, and supporting marketing materials.
Track and report on event success metrics, providing data-driven insights to improve future event strategies.
Assist in developing and executing awareness marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and budgets, working with internal teams and external vendors.
Support digital marketing efforts, including content creation for social media, SEM, and email marketing.
Ensure that all marketing materials and event collateral are on-brand and of high quality.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Growth Opportunities:
30 Days: Familiarize yourself with Lumin Digital’s event planning processes and marketing strategies. Begin planning smaller events and collaborating with sales and product teams.
90 Days: Work on managing large-scale events, coordinating logistics, and driving engagement for key client events and executive experiences.
1 Year: Take more ownership in event planning and execution for major company events, driving brand awareness and client engagement, while optimizing event strategies for better results.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
7+ years of experience in event planning and logistics, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry, specifically within finance, banking, and credit union sectors.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on client engagement and collaboration.
Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, with a strategic mindset.
Knowledge of B2B marketing practices and experience in the software or technology sector is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Education:
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
