In this role, you'll bring our brand and products to life through engaging content, creative campaigns, digital marketing, and industry events. You'll play an important role in supporting product launches, strengthening brand awareness, enabling sales initiatives, and expanding our digital presence. From developing marketing materials and managing social media to analyzing campaign performance, you'll help ensure our marketing efforts make an impact across our entire portfolio.
Additional Responsibilities and Opportunities:
- Manage marketing projects, timelines, advertising placements, and deliverables to ensure campaigns and materials are executed on schedule.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Reddit, and emerging digital platforms.
- Support trade shows, conferences, and industry events through promotional materials, booth graphics, logistics, and on-site customer engagement.
- Optimize website content for SEO, AEO, and GEO while leveraging Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to improve search visibility and understand customer behavior.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of marketing experience; aerospace, defense, or B2B experience preferred.
- Graphic design experience and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop); Canva experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub, including end-to-end email marketing campaign execution.

Skills Required
