Drive top-line revenue across Parks lodging through dynamic pricing, promotional and channel strategies. Forecast demand, manage RMS/PMS/channel tools, optimize OTAs and distribution, coordinate with marketing, sales, operations, and finance, produce reporting, and support deployment of RoomPriceGenie and promotional calendars.

Supervise and perform terrain park builds and grooming, operate Prinoth/Pistenbully/Zaugg and winch systems, train grooming staff, ensure safety and maintenance, log nightly operations, support events, snowmaking, bike park trail and jib fleet maintenance, and oversee performance and hiring for a team of 8–10.

Lead and develop teams of 50–75 employees to deliver safe, efficient lift and tubing operations. Oversee scheduling, labor, safety compliance, inspections, training, SOP development, performance metrics, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure excellent guest experience and seasonal readiness.

Lead Snowbird's external earned storytelling and media relations. Develop communications strategy, manage press planning, crisis communications, media hosting, content creation, and a communications budget. Serve as spokesperson, supervise communications staff, coordinate shoots and FAM trips, and collaborate across marketing to protect and advance the resort's reputation.

Lead and manage all snowmaking operations, snow removal, and mountain support services. Oversee equipment maintenance, crew scheduling and labor budgets, document production, enforce safety plans, and support mountain operations like parking, trash, and irrigation to ensure safe, efficient resort operations year-round.

Lead Snowbird's brand and digital marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels. Oversee creative direction, content production, paid media, website and CRM performance, social strategy, and agency/vendor relationships. Manage in-house creative/digital team, project timelines, budgets, and campaign measurement while aligning messaging to business objectives and presenting results to leadership.

Provide front-desk and guest support for a summer camp: answer phones and emails, assist with registrations and accounts, manage mail/packages, check guests in/out, maintain CRM records, support camper communications, ensure safety and welcome procedures, and collaborate across departments to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Greet and register guests in person and by phone, handle reservations and check-ins, ensure liability waivers are completed, operate POS for sales, manage retail inventory and restocking, maintain front desk and common area cleanliness, and provide excellent guest service and product knowledge.

Provide salon and spa services (haircuts, color, updos, facials, brow/lash treatments, manicures/pedicures), maintain sanitation and equipment, educate guests, manage appointment timing, restock supplies, and support spa operations with weekend availability.

Prepare and cook menu items across lodge outlets, maintain food safety and sanitation, perform prep and line-cook duties, operate kitchen equipment, ensure quality and portioning, cross-train on stations, assist with stocking, bussing, and dishwashing as needed, and provide friendly guest service in a fast-paced mountain resort environment.

Supervise front-of-house operations and staff: cash handling, scheduling, ordering, stocking, equipment maintenance, cleanliness, guest service standards, hiring/training, performance management, and meeting financial targets. Maintain safety, enforce policies, and model company culture. Flexible seasonal hours and physical demands (lifting, long periods standing).
