Support accounting team by maintaining financial records, preparing GAAP-compliant statements, performing month/year-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, financial analysis, audit support, and improving procedures.

Lead daily Ski & Ride School operations including scheduling, supervising 40–150 instructors, safety briefings, payroll approval, inventory oversight, guest issue resolution, and enforcement of safety and instructional standards. Teach lessons occasionally, operate surface lifts, assist with setup and snow removal, and act as department lead when managers are absent.

Supervise Ski & Ride School reservations staff and facilities, ensure lesson quality and guest service, handle scheduling, hiring, training, performance reviews, administrative duties, and foster a welcoming, safety-focused learning culture. Must support resort sustainability programs and work weekends/holidays.

Provide supervision and care for children in the childcare center: assist with activities, serve meals, change diapers, lead outdoor play, clean the center, and support sales/reservations. Must obtain or hold an Oregon Central Background Registry number and complete required safety and abuse-prevention trainings.

Manage Mountain Sports business operations including payroll, employee lifecycle, product setup, sales support, reporting and analysis. Oversee onboarding/offboarding, staffing, budgets, labor tracking, and product performance in RTP. Serve as liaison with HR, Payroll, Finance and resort departments, support managers and frontline staff, and assist with seasonal projects, audits, and compliance.

Patrols resort property to enforce policy and ensure guest and employee safety. Responds to incidents, administers first aid, assists motorists, investigates unlawful activity, files reports, operates radios/vehicles/equipment, and maintains department gear. Works graveyard shift in outdoor, cold conditions and interacts continuously with guests and staff.

Coordinate on-site logistics for contracted groups, manage rooming lists, BEOs, billing and accounts receivable, liaise with Food & Beverage and Front Desk, answer reservations and guest inquiries, and ensure safety, environmental stewardship, and excellent guest service at an on-site Death Valley resort.

Sell, contract, and service SMERF groups (≤34 rooms) through full sales cycle: prospecting, proposals, negotiations, site tours, CRM pipeline management, coordinate BEOs/REOs and onsite event execution, meet revenue goals, and collaborate with operations and catering.

Seasonal sales specialist handling Ski and Ride School and Woodward on-snow lesson sales via phone, online and in-person. Manage CRM and resort software (RTP), book and schedule lessons, coordinate staff and volunteers, handle payments and daily administrative tasks, resolve guest inquiries/complaints, and support on-snow program coordination to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest service.

Provide guest-facing porter and bell services at a mountain resort: greet guests, handle luggage and deliveries, explain room amenities and resort information, assist other departments with moves and deliveries, perform custodial tasks (trash removal, shoveling, snow blower), and maintain bell stand and lodging vehicles. Must deliver world-class guest service and support variable seasonal hours.

Oversee snowmaking operations, equipment maintenance, and snow removal; manage and schedule snowmaking team and labor budgets; document production, develop maintenance plans, enforce safety, and support mountain operations like parking, trash, and irrigation.

Lead and oversee safe, efficient snowmaking operations, train and supervise Level I/II snowmakers, maintain equipment and logs, coordinate with departments, and perform daily maintenance and communications. Serve as foreman/controller in their absence.

Manage winter adaptive sports programs including staff hiring, training, scheduling, volunteer coordination, safety, equipment and budget oversight. Build partner relationships, ensure high-quality participant experiences, teach as needed, and support program strategy and continuous improvement.

Monitor and operate the snowmaking plant control system, pump and compressor systems; train and instruct crew, perform equipment maintenance, operate vehicles, maintain safety and signage, and assist other departments as needed for seasonal snow production.

Operate and maintain snowmaking systems and equipment, produce high volumes of quality snow, train and assist Level I Snowmakers, perform general maintenance and housekeeping, operate transport vehicles, ensure safe slope marking during operations, and support interdepartmental communication. Seasonal role with possible overtime.

Provide administrative and operational support for Wasatch Adaptive Sports including scheduling, meeting preparation and minutes, data entry and recordkeeping, office and facilities coordination, supply and inventory management, basic tech troubleshooting, financial administrative tasks, onboarding/offboarding, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth daily operations.

Manage day-to-day operations of Forage and Feast, including bar and banquet functions; hire, train, schedule and retain staff; ensure service, sanitation, safety, and regulatory compliance; control budgets, inventory, cash handling, and P&L; develop menus, marketing, and staffing plans; conduct performance appraisals and maintain training programs and outlet audits.

Provide on-mountain guest safety, terrain management, and emergency response. Perform trail checks, respond to incidents, administer first aid, handle toboggan patient transport, support avalanche safety and hazard marking, maintain medical supplies, and assist with lift evacuations. Work includes educating guests, physical tasks, and weekend/holiday shifts in challenging winter conditions.

Produce on-brand creative across digital, print, social, CRM, paid media, and on-site touchpoints. Edit short-form video cutdowns for major platforms, build scalable templates and design systems, manage asset libraries/versioning, and partner with stakeholders to prioritize and deliver high-quality creative on deadline.

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and capital modeling for the resort. Build dashboards and P&Ls, support month-end close, provide ad-hoc analysis, and partner with divisional leadership to monitor performance and prepare presentations.
