Manage Mountain Sports business operations including payroll, employee lifecycle, product setup, sales support, reporting and analysis. Oversee onboarding/offboarding, staffing, budgets, labor tracking, and product performance in RTP. Serve as liaison with HR, Payroll, Finance and resort departments, support managers and frontline staff, and assist with seasonal projects, audits, and compliance.

Lead all HR functions for a seasonal mountain resort: talent strategy, employee/labor relations, recruiting, compensation, compliance, safety, engagement, HR program implementation, and team development. Partner with executive leadership, oversee employee housing, manage litigation administration, and ensure operational HR support including weekend/holiday coverage.

Provide first-aid and emergency response for guests and staff at an action-sports facility. Collaborate with medical staff and local EMS, document incidents in paper and electronic records, perform equipment and vehicle checks, staff dispatch, educate and enforce rider safety and park rules, and investigate incidents. Maintain calm during emergencies and follow medical policies and procedures.

Coordinate on-site logistics for contracted groups, manage rooming lists, BEOs, billing and accounts receivable, liaise with Food & Beverage and Front Desk, answer reservations and guest inquiries, and ensure safety, environmental stewardship, and excellent guest service at an on-site Death Valley resort.

Patrols resort property to enforce policy and ensure guest and employee safety. Responds to incidents, administers first aid, assists motorists, investigates unlawful activity, files reports, operates radios/vehicles/equipment, and maintains department gear. Works graveyard shift in outdoor, cold conditions and interacts continuously with guests and staff.

Lead and oversee safe, efficient snowmaking operations, train and supervise Level I/II snowmakers, maintain equipment and logs, coordinate with departments, and perform daily maintenance and communications. Serve as foreman/controller in their absence.

Perform snowmaking operations and maintenance under crew foreman direction. Operate snow guns, snowcats, snowmobiles, and system components; recordkeeping; follow safety procedures and perform assigned maintenance.

Monitor and operate the snowmaking plant control system, pump and compressor systems; train and instruct crew, perform equipment maintenance, operate vehicles, maintain safety and signage, and assist other departments as needed for seasonal snow production.

Operate and maintain snowmaking systems and equipment, produce high volumes of quality snow, train and assist Level I Snowmakers, perform general maintenance and housekeeping, operate transport vehicles, ensure safe slope marking during operations, and support interdepartmental communication. Seasonal role with possible overtime.

Assist Terrain Park Manager in fabricating, repairing, and maintaining park features: welding, cutting, woodworking, painting, grinding/waxing sliding surfaces, operating skid steers/loaders, and following safety and hot-work procedures. Work weekends/holidays and outdoors in varied weather; support branding and signage upkeep.

Provide guest-facing porter and bell services at a mountain resort: greet guests, handle luggage and deliveries, explain room amenities and resort information, assist other departments with moves and deliveries, perform custodial tasks (trash removal, shoveling, snow blower), and maintain bell stand and lodging vehicles. Must deliver world-class guest service and support variable seasonal hours.

Manage owner accounting for condo associations including invoicing, payments, revenue distribution, reconciliations, delinquency and lien processing, and tax filing. Partner with property managers and HOA boards, perform monthly close entries, and handle owner communications and occasional local travel.

Patrol resort areas, enforce policies, respond to incidents, administer first aid, assist guests and stranded motorists, secure buildings, document incidents, collaborate with law enforcement, operate radios and vehicles, and perform routine equipment maintenance.

Provide salon and spa services (haircuts, color, updos, facials, brow/lash treatments, manicures/pedicures), maintain sanitation and equipment, educate guests, manage appointment timing, restock supplies, and support spa operations with weekend availability.

Drive top-line revenue across Parks lodging through dynamic pricing, promotional and channel strategies. Forecast demand, manage RMS/PMS/channel tools, optimize OTAs and distribution, coordinate with marketing, sales, operations, and finance, produce reporting, and support deployment of RoomPriceGenie and promotional calendars.

Supervise and perform terrain park builds and grooming, operate Prinoth/Pistenbully/Zaugg and winch systems, train grooming staff, ensure safety and maintenance, log nightly operations, support events, snowmaking, bike park trail and jib fleet maintenance, and oversee performance and hiring for a team of 8–10.
