Provide supervision and care for children in the childcare center: assist with activities, serve meals, change diapers, lead outdoor play, clean the center, and support sales/reservations. Must obtain or hold an Oregon Central Background Registry number and complete required safety and abuse-prevention trainings.

Operate and maintain snowmaking equipment in harsh mountain conditions, working 12-hour shifts (day or night). Responsibilities include tending snowmaking systems, carrying heavy equipment, shoveling and moving snow, working weekends/holidays, and supporting resort environmental and community initiatives.

Supervise daily snow safety operations including avalanche hazard assessment and mitigation, weather and snowpack monitoring, terrain management, equipment maintenance, training, emergency response support, and coordination with Ski Patrol and outside agencies to ensure safe mountain operations.

Seasonal sales specialist handling Ski and Ride School and Woodward on-snow lesson sales via phone, online and in-person. Manage CRM and resort software (RTP), book and schedule lessons, coordinate staff and volunteers, handle payments and daily administrative tasks, resolve guest inquiries/complaints, and support on-snow program coordination to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest service.

Oversee snowmaking operations, equipment maintenance, and snow removal; manage and schedule snowmaking team and labor budgets; document production, develop maintenance plans, enforce safety, and support mountain operations like parking, trash, and irrigation.

Provide guest-facing porter and bell services at a mountain resort: greet guests, handle luggage and deliveries, explain room amenities and resort information, assist other departments with moves and deliveries, perform custodial tasks (trash removal, shoveling, snow blower), and maintain bell stand and lodging vehicles. Must deliver world-class guest service and support variable seasonal hours.

Lead and oversee safe, efficient snowmaking operations, train and supervise Level I/II snowmakers, maintain equipment and logs, coordinate with departments, and perform daily maintenance and communications. Serve as foreman/controller in their absence.

Manage winter adaptive sports programs including staff hiring, training, scheduling, volunteer coordination, safety, equipment and budget oversight. Build partner relationships, ensure high-quality participant experiences, teach as needed, and support program strategy and continuous improvement.

Provide on-mountain guest safety, terrain management, and emergency response. Perform trail checks, respond to incidents, administer first aid, handle toboggan patient transport, support avalanche safety and hazard marking, maintain medical supplies, and assist with lift evacuations. Work includes educating guests, physical tasks, and weekend/holiday shifts in challenging winter conditions.

Manage day-to-day operations of Forage and Feast, including bar and banquet functions; hire, train, schedule and retain staff; ensure service, sanitation, safety, and regulatory compliance; control budgets, inventory, cash handling, and P&L; develop menus, marketing, and staffing plans; conduct performance appraisals and maintain training programs and outlet audits.

Operate and maintain snowmaking systems and equipment, produce high volumes of quality snow, train and assist Level I Snowmakers, perform general maintenance and housekeeping, operate transport vehicles, ensure safe slope marking during operations, and support interdepartmental communication. Seasonal role with possible overtime.

Supervise Ski & Ride School reservations staff and facilities, ensure lesson quality and guest service, handle scheduling, hiring, training, performance reviews, administrative duties, and foster a welcoming, safety-focused learning culture. Must support resort sustainability programs and work weekends/holidays.

Leads Snowbird’s external communications, public relations, media relations, reputation management, crisis communications, and brand storytelling. Develops communications strategy, secures media coverage, manages press releases and media events, serves as resort spokesperson, coordinates shoots and influencer trips, oversees snow reporting, maintains industry relationships, and manages the communications budget. The role requires advanced skiing or snowboarding, on-call availability, and frequent collaboration across marketing and resort leadership.

Provide front-desk and guest support for a summer camp: answer phones and emails, assist with registrations and accounts, manage mail/packages, check guests in/out, maintain CRM records, support camper communications, ensure safety and welcome procedures, and collaborate across departments to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Patrol resort property, respond to law enforcement/fire/medical incidents, investigate and document vandalism/theft, review CCTV and RMS records, provide primary triage for base-area medicals, support guest/employee services, and assist other departments as needed.

Teach skiing or snowboarding to children and adults, creating safe, organized, positive lessons for guests of varying abilities. Develop lesson plans, provide instruction and feedback, supervise children, communicate with guests and parents, complete end-of-lesson reporting, attend training, and assist with lifts, teaching-area setup, snow removal, and other mountain support duties. Work outdoors in all conditions, including weekends and holidays.

Create, publish, and manage Snowbird’s social media content across major platforms. Capture and edit photography and video, write captions, manage community engagement, support influencer collaborations, cover events, and produce performance reports. The role collaborates across resort departments to maintain brand voice and promote year-round experiences. It requires expert skiing or snowboarding, flexibility for weekends and holidays, and occasional overnight stays during road closures.

Deliver advanced, personalized boot fittings using biomechanical assessments and bootfitting tools. Provide exceptional guest service, upsell related products, perform custom modifications and repairs, train and mentor junior bootfitters, maintain inventory and workshop safety, and support retail floor operations during peak times.

Produce on-brand creative across digital, print, social, CRM, paid media, and on-site touchpoints. Edit short-form video cutdowns for major platforms, build scalable templates and design systems, manage asset libraries/versioning, and partner with stakeholders to prioritize and deliver high-quality creative on deadline.

Operate and maintain snowmaking equipment (guns, hoses, pumps), relocate gear across the mountain using hiking and snowmobiles, complete nightly logs, report malfunctions, follow safety procedures, and interact with guests and staff.
