Leads HR operations for a seasonal hospitality resort, including recruiting, onboarding, training, employee relations, benefits, compliance, compensation, HR systems, employee housing, safety programs, and workplace culture. Partners with leadership and corporate HR, manages investigations and performance processes, supports audits and ISO documentation, and ensures employment-law, contract, and organizational standards compliance.

Leads integrated marketing strategy and execution across digital, web, CRM, email, social, content, and paid media. The role connects campaigns to acquisition, conversion, retention, participation, membership, and revenue goals; coordinates cross-functional teams and agencies; uses audience insights and performance data to optimize campaigns; manages budgets, timelines, and reporting; and develops a marketing team.

Manages day-to-day HR operations across resort locations, including recruiting, high-volume seasonal onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits support, workers’ compensation, HRIS administration, engagement initiatives, international employee documentation, housing coordination, and manager training.

Supports Mt. Bachelor’s digital marketing across websites, chatbot, mobile app, email, CRM, social media, digital screens, and online reviews. Updates content, writes and edits copy, manages reports and notifications, contributes to the blog, and assists with social content. Coordinates marketing projects, timelines, workflows, events, promotions, and stakeholder communication. Requires strong communication, attention to detail, digital marketing experience, and the ability to work independently under deadlines.
