About the Role

The Partner Lifecycle Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing marketing programs that drive partner onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and growth across the partner lifecycle. This role works closely with Partner Sales, Partner Marketing, Revenue Marketing, Enablement, and Operations teams to create scalable partner journeys that increase program participation, accelerate partner productivity, and drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue. The ideal candidate is a strong marketing executor with a passion for partner ecosystems, customer journeys, campaign optimization, and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Execute partner lifecycle marketing programs that support partner recruitment, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and growth.

  • Develop and manage partner nurture campaigns, email communications, newsletters, and targeted engagement programs.

  • Support partner onboarding initiatives designed to accelerate time-to-first-opportunity and time-to-first-sale.

  • Drive participation in partner training, certifications, incentives, MDF programs, co-marketing activities, and partner events.

  • Partner with Channel Sales, Partner Enablement, and Marketing teams to identify lifecycle milestones and engagement opportunities.

  • Segment partner audiences based on partner type, performance, engagement, geography, and business objectives.

  • Coordinate campaign execution through marketing automation, CRM, and partner management platforms.

  • Track, analyze, and report on key lifecycle metrics including engagement, activation, program adoption, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.

  • Identify optimization opportunities based on performance data and implement improvements to partner journeys and campaigns.

  • Support partner-facing webinars, virtual events, workshops, and enablement programs.

  • Maintain campaign documentation, reporting, and operational processes to ensure program scalability and effectiveness.

Who You Are

  • Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and nurture programs.

  • Experience working with marketing automation and CRM platforms.

  • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing reporting tools.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.

  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, lifecycle marketing, partner marketing, channel marketing, demand generation, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting channel, reseller, MSP, MSSP, distributor, alliance, or strategic partner programs.

  • Experience working in a cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology environment.

  • Familiarity with Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms.

  • Understanding of partner-sourced, partner-influenced, and co-sell pipeline metrics.

  • Experience supporting partner events, webinars, and enablement programs.

  • Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) and partner marketing best practices.

  • Experience collaborating with sales, channel, and revenue operations teams.

  • Certifications in marketing automation, CRM platforms, or digital marketing disciplines are a plus.

Security Requirements

The base salary range for this job family is 70,200 to 189,000 USD annually. This range reflects the base pay the company reasonably expects to offer for this position, aligned to the broader job family base pay structure. Actual base pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location, including job family level. In addition to base pay, Arctic Wolf offers variable incentive compensation, new hire equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
