CORE RESPONSIBILITY
a. Manage Salesforce operations, including data maintenance, reporting, dashboard updates, and business data analysis.
b. Maintain distributor master data and support distributor-related processes, records management, and workflow administration.
c. Maintain contract records and documentation, including filing, tracking, archiving, and related administrative coordination.
d. Provide administrative support, including data processing, material distribution, document preparation, and coordination of approval and company seal application processes.
e. Support the execution of trade shows, customer seminars, customer events, and internal meetings.
f. Execute digital communication activities across WeChat, company websites, email marketing platforms, and other social media channels.
g. Support the development, update, and coordination of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, videos, and other promotional content.
h. Support the maintenance and operation of Sherwin-Williams Coatings School online courses and assist in the execution of offline training programs and academy events.
