Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Support the execution of marketing activities, campaigns and tactical initiatives in line with priorities defined by Marketing Manager & Brand/Product Managers.
Support the organization of scientific conferences, workshops, educational meetings and other customer-facing activities for HCPs, as well as internal meetings and training events.
Support the development, approval and implementation of promotional and non-promotional materials in cooperation with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
Coordinate production, distribution and availability of marketing materials for patients, HCP and Field Force.
Maintain accurate documentation, approvals, contracts, invoices and project records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and quality standards.
Consolidate data, prepare reports and support communication between Marketing, Field Force and other internal stakeholders.
Our Requirements:
Min. 12 months of experience in the area of Marketing (as Junior or Marketing Specialist, Coordinator, etc.).
Knowledge of basic marketing tools and methodologies (4P, communication tools, media tools).
Data analyzes and deduction skills.
Coordination and planning skills, strong organizational skills.
Experience with executing projects/initiatives independently ( e.g.: preparing marketing materials, coordinating some part of marketing strategy).
Knowledge of Polish and English.
University degree.
Nice to have:
Experience in pharma industry or related area.
Compensation Structure & Criteria:
Sandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.

Work mode: hybrid - few days/week in the office
Pay range (monthly salary): gross/zł 8 867- 16 466
Variable compensation:
-Annual performance-based bonus: 10%
