Key Responsibilities:
Develop a comprehensive loyalty program strategy using tools such as AIS Serenade, AIS Point and the myAIS app. Your goal is to enhance customer engagement.
Create high-valued segmented marketing strategies to target specific customer groups with personalized offers and communications.
Own and manage product marketing initiatives from strategy development to execution and post-launch evaluation.
Develop product positioning, value proposition, and go-to-market plans for high-value customer segments.
Analyze customer behavior and transaction data to identify patterns and opportunities for loyalty initiatives.
Work closely with marketing, and customer service teams to integrate loyalty strategies across all customer touchpoints.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of loyalty programs, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor loyalty initiatives to continually innovate and improve our loyalty offerings.
