What you’ll do:

The overall objective of this role is to serve as a highly dependable, proactive marketing professional who can independently manage projects, execute marketing campaigns, and support the company's lead generation and brand awareness goals. This role combines creativity, analytics, and project management to drive marketing initiatives from concept through execution. This position is located in Salem, NH and has a hybrid schedule of 4 days in office, 1 day remote.

Within the First 30 Days

  • Develop a strong understanding of On Call International's business, target audiences, messaging/brand positioning, and core marketing programs.
  • Become proficient in the department's marketing tools, reporting processes, email marketing platforms, and content management systems.
  • Successfully begin creating social media and blog content, email marketing campaigns, PowerPoint development, and marketing reporting.

Within the First 60 Days

  • Independently manage assigned marketing projects and day-to-day responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Take ownership of content calendars, website updates, social media execution, email marketing initiatives, and recurring marketing reporting tasks.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and agency partners.

Within the First 90 Days

  • Operate as a trusted, self-sufficient member of the marketing team capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyze marketing performance, communicate insights, identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and workflows, and contribute ideas that support lead generation and brand awareness objectives.
  • Successfully lead cross-functional initiatives while consistently delivering high quality work, meeting deadlines, and driving projects from concept through execution.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 3-5 years related work experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Willing and able to take feedback and adjust as needed with a hunger for professional growth.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, and outstanding skills with Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with various social media platforms and marketing/CMS technologies including Hootsuite, Constant Contact, Wordpress, and Vimeo strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience working with Adobe Acrobat, Canva, video editing software, and Google Analytics/AdWords is a plus.
  • Desire to learn, grow and thrive in a task-based environment, with varied projects and responsibilities.
  • Keen attention to detail, time management skills, and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Have a goal-oriented mindset, operate independently, possess strong attention to detail, and are always up for a challenge when it comes to delivering on the needs of your team and customers.
