A Day in the LifeAs Marketing Specialist for Peripheral Vascular Health (PVH) BeNeLux, you play a key role in driving market growth and therapy adoption by translating market insights into impactful commercial strategies and campaigns. You act as the bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring that our portfolio achieves strong market penetration while identifying new opportunities for growth.This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on activation, offering a unique opportunity for a dynamic, growth-oriented marketer to make a direct impact on patient care and business performance. Travel across the Benelux is expected and in some occasions across Western Europe). You will report to the Business Manager Benelux.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Analyze market dynamics, customer segments, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities, unmet needs, and prioritization strategies aligned with BeNeLux, regional, and European direction
- Contribute to product positioning, value proposition development, and clinical and economic messaging, while supporting long-term market development initiatives such as therapy adoption, referral pathways, and innovation opportunities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and go-to-market plans in partnership with sales and market development to drive adoption and revenue growth
- Create and optimize sales enablement and marketing content, manage digital engagement activities, and use performance insights to continuously improve impact
- Coordinate and support training, education programs, events, and tradeshows, while contributing to content and positioning for educational activities focused on clinical storytelling and therapy value
- Act as a key interface across Sales, Market Development, European Marketing, Operations, and clinical teams to ensure alignment between strategic objectives and field execution, while enabling collaboration, best-practice sharing, and high-quality execution
Required Knowledge and Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, product management, or commercial roles (MedTech, healthcare, or similar preferred)
- Strong interest in healthcare innovation, clinical value, and market development
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Proactive, entrepreneurial, and eager to own projects and drive impact
- Comfortable working in an international and matrix organization
