We are looking for a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid media performance across Asia Pacific. In this role, you will own the full digital funnel—from acquisition through to conversion—ensuring campaigns are insight-led, accurately tracked, and continuously optimized to deliver measurable impact.

You will collaborate across marketing, sales, and technology teams to elevate performance standards and create seamless, high-converting digital experiences.

How You'll Shine

Driving Paid Media Performance

  • Plan and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and display channels

  • Optimise bids, budgets, audiences, and creative to improve efficiency and maximise return

  • Monitor performance closely and take timely action to maintain momentum and results

  • Lead ongoing testing to refine strategy and unlock new growth opportunities

Building Strong Data Foundations

  • Own Google Tag Manager, ensuring accurate and reliable tracking implementation

  • Design event-based tracking to capture meaningful customer interactions

  • Manage GA4 configuration, audiences, and performance analysis

  • Maintain data quality through regular audits and continuous improvement

Turning Data into Insight

  • Develop dashboards in Looker Studio that bring together key performance data

  • Analyse attribution across channels to guide investment decisions

  • Deliver regular reporting with clear, actionable insights for stakeholders

Optimizing the Customer Journey

  • Create and refine landing pages to improve conversion outcomes

  • Execute structured CRO testing across design, messaging, and user experience

  • Use behavioral insights to identify friction points and enhance engagement

Working Across Teams

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align on campaign goals and execution

  • Support broader digital initiatives, including SEO and CRM activities

  • Contribute ideas, share insights, and identify opportunities to innovate

What You'll Bring
  • 2–4 years’ experience in digital performance marketing

  • Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (TikTok advantageous)

  • Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager and GA4

  • Experience building dashboards and working with data visualisation tools (e.g. Looker Studio)

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce

  • Understanding of landing page optimisation, CRO, and SEO fundamentals

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a focus on outcomes
