General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Place and track all online display advertising campaigns while adhering to established budgets •    
  • Create and maintain a library of tracking links for all online advertising •    
  • Optimize monthly offers/promotions, social media, and display/re-target ads using web analytical tools •    
  • Measure, assess, and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against ROI and KPI goals •    
  • Maintain the Company’s social media presence and strategy •    
  • Identify trends and develop insights to be used to optimize spend and performance •    
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tools •    
  • Collaborate with other functional areas of the company to create ads and landing pages that will optimize the user experience •    
  • Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, advertising sources, and tools •    
  • Synthesize data to evaluate and determine more successful solutions avenues for advertising •    
  • Collaborate with vendor partners •    
  • Manage complaints and comments on social media and company websites •    
  • Drive website traffic to acquire leads •    
  • Ad hoc reports    

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience 
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience     
  • Able to develop and maintain positive and cooperative professional relationships    
  • Knowledge of concepts of account planning, project management, production management, estimating, billing, and creative strategy     
  • Willingness to learn new things and take on new responsibilities as needed     
  • Strong customer service skills    
  • Advanced Excel skills     
  • Good time management skills     
  • Very detail-oriented and organized 
  • Able to multi-task and properly prioritize work in order to see projects through to completion

Skills Required
