The Escrow Officer will complete real estate transactions by managing escrow accounts, ensuring title clearances, preparing documents, and coordinating closings.

The Project Manager coordinates subcontractor activities, ensures compliance with safety standards, inspects construction sites, and manages timelines and expectations with clients, ensuring homes are completed on schedule.

Manage day-to-day operations for an assigned property portfolio: owner and tenant communications, rent collection, lease renewals, evictions, inspections, coordinate maintenance/construction, process account adjustments, file insurance claims, and produce required reports while ensuring regulatory and company policy compliance.

Provide onsite first-line IT help desk support for workstations, phones, printers, and applications; troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and mobile devices; manage assets and licenses; perform onboarding, document resolutions, escalate complex issues, support VMware, VPN, and MFA, and be available for on-call and occasional overnight travel.

Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns including display, retargeting, social media, and landing pages. Track and report performance against KPIs and ROI, create tracking links, run A/B tests and conversion experiments, collaborate with internal teams and vendors, maintain social presence, handle social feedback, and produce ad hoc reports to drive website traffic and acquire leads.

Coordinate turnover process for vacant rental units: create punch lists, obtain vendor quotes, secure owner approvals, issue work orders, oversee repairs to rent-ready status, perform walk-throughs and audits, update owners and property team, and handle related documentation and invoicing.

Sell property management services to prospective owners and investors by identifying, engaging, and converting leads. Build and maintain a pipeline, meet acquisition goals, ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction, maintain CRM and reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally to retain and grow managed properties.
