We are strengthening our team in Malaysia and are now searching for an experienced and motivated Marketing Specialist to lead and drive the marketing function in our SE Asia organizations. The role will be a business partner to the local business units to brings the local MarCom performance to the next level through the planning and execution of effective Marketing Plan for both in Indirect and direct channel both on and offline. He/shall be an energetic business, data & KPI driven person.
Your tasks
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Planning & Execution
- Create Marketing Plan for the SEA market in collaboration with local sales & service directors according to Global & Regional MarCom Strategy
- Deliver insightful KPI & data-driven reporting projects leveraging HubSpot and Salesforce
- Define and monitor local Marketing budget with plan and forecasts
- Develop Indirect channel marketing support and activities for SEA.
- Plan, steer and execute the regional Marketing Mix both on- & offline (50% Digital: Google Ads, LinkedIn Paid, Search Marketing, 3rd party ads, Email and 50% Offline: Direct/Indirect Marketing, Exhibition & Events, Marketing Literature and Customer Relations) based on CI/CD
- Steer & organize customer / industry events and exhibitions according to global standards and local requirement
- Management & execution of digital marketing campaigns for the region (Hubspot) incl. content creation (e.g. landing pages, posts, on- & offline assets)
- Creating good and relevant local written contents & stories for local on- & offline media
- Partner with local digital & offline media (3rd party, business & industry-specific media)
- Steer & guide paid digital advertising & search engines
Stakeholder Management, Sales & Service Support
- Present data driven insights to senior stakeholders and provide regular updates & reporting against KPIs with action plans
- Educate internal stakeholders and manage their needs and expectations
- Own & drive regional network in the logistic industry
- Follow up on leads until handover to Sales
- Lead Management in CRM system (Salesforce)
REQUIREMENTS
Education & Work Experience
- Successful university degree in marketing, communications, business studies, management, or a related field with proven work experience as a marketing professional.
- 5 years of experience in B2B marketing. Less experience will be considered if directly in the warehouse automation or intralogistics industry.
- Good knowledge about SE Asia market and well-established network in the logistic industry.
- Industry experience in warehouse automation or intralogistics would be an asset.
- Solid understanding of inbound marketing, as well as digital campaigning, PPC marketing, social media marketing, lead generation.
- Good Understanding and experienced for indirect channel marketing (distributors/dealers/partners)
- Active personal profile and substantial practical experience on social networks, particularly LinkedIn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Teams).
- Full professional fluency in English and a local SE Asia language.
- Ability to travel frequently for tradeshow, site meetings and customer events.
