Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist to develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our brand, products and services. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing strategies, communications and market analysis, with strong teamwork skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This professional will be responsible for planning, organizing and promoting internal and external events that enhance brand visibility and engage our target audiences. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and previous experience in event management and marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate and execute corporate events, conferences, trade shows, webinars and other promotional events.
• Develop communication and marketing strategies to promote events, maximizing reach and engagement.
• Create and manage content for event promotion across multiple channels, including social media, emails, newsletters, blogs and websites.
• Work collaboratively with sales and product teams to align event campaigns with business goals.
• Manage vendors and partners to ensure the successful execution of events, from venue selection to contracting services.
• Organize all logistical aspects of events, including registration, promotional materials, schedules, and execution checklists.
• Analyze event and campaign performance, measuring ROI and providing detailed reports on attendance, engagement, and participant feedback.
• Monitor event budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Coordinate the development of marketing materials (advertisements, brochures, videos, etc.).
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines simultaneously.
• Availability to travel: 30-40%.
• Hybrid work model

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
