Compensation range: Up to $65,000 - $75,000 base salary

Actual compensation is determined by several factors, including, but not limited to, the level of professional experience, educational background, skills, and the specific location of the candidate. Position OverviewWe’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to help execute marketing initiatives that support our growth across legal, corporate, and emerging channels. This role will report to the Marketing Director and play a key role in bringing our brand to life across campaigns, content, events, social media, and more.
You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure the marketing team is responsive, efficient, and aligned with the company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to fulfill day-to-day marketing requests quickly and accurately
- Support the development and execution of marketing materials, including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and digital assets
- Help create & schedule content across our website, email, and social media channels
- Assist with the coordination & logistics for webinars, conferences, and industry events, including registration, promotion, and follow-up
- Maintain and update website content through our CMS
- Assist in proofreading, editing, and formatting marketing content where needed
- Help track performance metrics for campaigns and social content
- Research competitors and marketing trends to support content and campaign planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred
- 2 - 4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably at a SaaS or B2B company
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple requests at once
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Experience with content creation, social media, and event support
- Working knowledge of tools like Canva, HubSpot, and Google Workspace
- Experience utilizing AI-based tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini) for Marketing utilization & operational efficiency gains.
- Enthusiastic about marketing, curious, and eager to learn and grow
