We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our growing shared services team. This role is ideal for a highly versatile content creator who is passionate about video editing, photo editing, graphic design, and content management. You’ll be supporting multiple clients across different industries, each with unique branding and marketing needs.
As part of the shared services team, you’ll work collaboratively with cross-functional departments and adapt your work to suit different client requirements and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities- Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished marketing videos, reels, or explainers tailored to each client’s brand and objectives.
- Photo Editing: Enhance images for use in digital campaigns, websites, social media, and other marketing materials.
- Graphic Design: Create compelling visual content such as social media graphics, banners, presentations, and infographics aligned with diverse brand guidelines.
- Content Management: Assist in organizing, scheduling, and publishing content across various platforms including social media, websites, and blogs.
- Support the development of marketing campaigns by contributing visual and multimedia assets.
- Ensure all designs and visuals maintain consistency in tone and branding for each client.
- Work with account managers and marketing leads to understand client-specific needs and timelines.
- Stay updated on creative trends and digital marketing best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or creative role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of content publishing tools (e.g., WordPress, Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva).
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to different client styles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
