Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Professional certifications related to marketing, communications, public relations, digital strategy, or project management preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations, or related field required.
  • Healthcare system experience preferred.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Develops and supports strategic marketing campaigns aligned with organizational growth priorities.
  • Supports paid media coordination and campaign execution across multiple channels.
  • Partners with service lines and operational leaders to support growth initiatives.
  • Develops marketing plans, tactics, and campaign recommendations.
  • Coordinates with Marketing Operations, Communications and Digital teams to implement campaign strategies.
  • Monitors marketing KPIs, dashboards, and campaign performance metrics.
  • Supports patient acquisition and engagement initiatives.
  • Ensures consistency of messaging and brand alignment across marketing materials.
  • Assists with content development for advertising, digital, print, and promotional campaigns.
  • Supports strategic marketing planning and organizational growth efforts.
