About the Role:
We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist / Growth Hacker with 3+ years of experience managing paid ad campaigns in SaaS or Fintech. The ideal candidate has successfully executed multiple campaigns with proven ROI, understands performance marketing inside out, and knows how to create high-converting content. This role is more than just running ads—it’s about driving measurable growth through creative marketing hacks, data-driven decision-making, and strategic execution. Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and other key platforms.
  • Develop data-driven strategies to improve ad performance and maximize ROI.
  • Continuously A/B test creatives, landing pages, and messaging to improve conversion rates.

Content & SEO Strategy

  • Create and optimize content tailored for paid campaigns, ensuring high engagement and conversions.
  • Support SEO efforts by managing content production and link-building strategies to boost rankings.
  • Collaborate on keyword strategy and on-page SEO improvements.

Data & Performance Analytics

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across paid and organic channels.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Google Search Console to track and improve performance.

Creative & Campaign Execution

  • Work closely with design teams to streamline creative requests and ensure marketing assets align with campaign goals.
  • Experiment with innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
