About the role

We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist, Digital Projects.
What you’ll do here:

Reporting to the Director, Broker Experience and Digital Marketing, you will:

• Identify priority needs and plan the annual roadmap based on priorities and business objectives.

• Build strong and lasting business relationships with internal and external partners to ensure a high level of satisfaction with services provided.

• Ensure internal teams are aligned with external partners’ needs; monitor deliverables to ensure they are provided on time and on budget.

• Optimize and develop production and collaboration processes to ensure team efficiency and the outstanding quality of deliverables.

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/suppliers to deliver multiple projects on time.

• Analyze the performance of initiatives and propose roadmap improvements to support business objectives.

What you bring to the table:

• University degree in e-commerce, marketing , communications or any equivalent experience.

• At least ten years of experience in a similar position in an agency or corporate environment.

• Very good understanding of the insurance industry and the broker distribution network.

• Extensive experience in managing digital projects.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Strong organizational and planning skills; attention to detail.

• Experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, etc.).

• Excellent oral communication skills and the ability to communicate in plain language.

• Strong sense of team spirit.

• Self-reliance, resourcefulness and curiosity.

• Although no Canadian work experience is required, you must have authorization to work in Canada.

• Bilingualism (French-English) – You will interact on a regular basis with colleagues from across the country.
