Responsibilities:
- Work closely with management on program/campaign development.
- Coordinate, set up, and manage the promotion of webinars
- Lead meetings with external vendor for execution on digital marketing efforts, explaining campaign details and key performance indicators.
- Measure and analyze paid campaigns’ success using data and analytic tools.
- Experiment and implement innovative digital marketing strategies, tools and best practices to improve ROAS consistently.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and new technologies, and make recommendations for how the company can stay ahead of the curve
- Build and maintain Marketing Campaign calendar
- Coordinate with other internal functions at Perforce, such as sales and product marketing
- Assist Marketing leader with campaign project management, execution, and reporting
- Lead management, cleanup, and reporting
- Assist Marketing leadership with initiatives and projects, as needed.
- Business and Technical Competencies:
- Google AdWords experience.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 1-2 years of similar marketing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and project management skills and ability to work to a timeline
- Ability to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously and demonstrate a sense of urgency, when required
- Exhibit creative problem-solving skills and ability to identify next steps, with meticulous attention to detail and deadlines
- Must exhibit a curious, positive, team-oriented, enthusiastic approach
- Proven capacity for exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to establish strong relationships with vendors and outside contractors
- The desire to excel in a fast-paced environment
- B2B Software or Technology industry experience preferred
